I bought Premium, but it's gone (new phone, or I reinstalled the game).

Open the game's Settings and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all payments and refunds. You can request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com

I deleted the game and my progress is gone.

Progress is saved only on your iPhone, so deleting the game deletes it. Restoring your iPhone from a backup made before you deleted the game may bring it back. Premium always comes back with Restore purchase.

The leaderboard doesn't show up.

Leaderboards use Apple's Game Center. Open the Settings app, tap Game Center and sign in, then reopen the game.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

In Stardust Gatherer and Sinking Cars, open the game's Settings and tap Privacy choices. The row appears wherever the law requires it. Sudoku Pop has no ads.

How do I turn the daily reminder on or off?

Use the Daily reminder switch in the game's Settings. You can also manage notifications in the Settings app under Notifications.

Sinking Cars

When does a new Daily Ship arrive?

Every day at 08:00 UTC. The start screen counts down to it in your own time zone.

Why didn't my Daily Ship score reach the leaderboard?

Only your first attempt each day is ranked. Later attempts that day are practice, and Archive runs never count.

I used Continue. Why is my leaderboard score lower?

Leaderboards count clean play only. A run that uses Continue posts the score you had before you continued, and Premium's 2× never counts toward the leaderboard.

The game closed during my Daily Ship.

Your ranked attempt is saved as you play. Reopen the game before the next Daily Ship arrives, and the score you'd reached is posted.

Does Premium help on the leaderboard?

No. Premium never affects the leaderboard.

Stardust Gatherer

Does Stardust Gatherer keep earning while the app is closed?

Yes. Your generators keep producing for up to 8 hours at first, and upgrades extend that.

Will I lose anything if I miss a day?

No. Missing a day resets your daily streak and nothing else.

Is there an ending?

Yes, at 15 Constellations. The game keeps running afterwards.

Sudoku Pop

Is there a timer?

No. Take as long as you like.

Are there ads?

No. Sudoku Pop has no ads at all.
